Simply return the items to us in their original packaging in resalable condition, and securely packaged, within 14 days of receipt.

 

All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition. No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay.

We offer free delivery within the UK and aim to deliver within 3 - 5 days of receiving your order. This allows us time to thoroughly check your item before sending. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

 

Our Scooters are shipped within the UK via Andy Lee Transport Tracked. When you place your order we will email you with a tracking number.

If you would like to place an order for an overseas delivery please email prior to ordering. 

 

If the delivery is not signed for and no one is able to receive your delivery then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot

Please note, privately-owned e-scooters can not be used on public highways (roads/pavements), and should only be used on private property with the landowner’s permission. Helmets and protective equipment should be worn at all times. This e-scooter should not be ridden by persons under the age of 16 years.

Please ensure regular maintenance checks to ensure nuts and bolts are tight is necessary due to any vibrations causing them to loosen.

EV - Scooters offers a one year warranty on our products. 

The frame of the scooter has a three year warranty. 

You must be the original owner and have your proof of purchase. 

The warranty protects you against manufacturing defects.

 

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please always read the user manual before using your scooter.

 

 

What does the warranty cover?

 

The warranty will cover manufacturing faults with the scooter.

The shipping costs to ship the product back to us and from us may not be covered. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss.

 

 

What does my warranty not cover?

 

General wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse is not covered. The warranty covers you solely against manufacturing faults.

 

Accidental or crash damage, abuse, miss-use, attempting tricks, water damage, neglect, exceeding the weight limit, changing settings or anything else that results in damage caused by the user is not covered by the warranty. 

 

Damage due to improper assembly or maintenance

 

Damage due to the installation of incompatible parts or accessories or installation of parts or accessories that were not intended for or compatible with the product 

 

Corrosion

 

Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals

Any modification to the scooter will void the warranty. The warranty will also be void if you are not the original owner. The warranty is non transferrable. 

 

 

If you have a warranty claim, you will need to follow the below process:

 

Please email Customer Services team at info@ev-scooters.co.uk and we will send you a warranty claim form.

 

You will need to fill out the claim form and email over any photo's/ videos of the issue along with a proof of purchase.

 

The form will need to be retuned to us via email and our team will guide you through this process.

 

Our specialist technical team will determine the issue and defect based on the information that you have provided within your warranty claim form and they will require you to send back the original defective part/ items.

 

Our team will examine the goods and if they confirm that it is defective or faulty, your product will be fixed or replaced free of charge. 

 

Please note that the range will vary and always depends on the persons weight, wind, average speed, incline and terrain. The maximum range advertised for our products is based on an average weight rider on a flat surface, no wind and a steady speed.
